Workshop Terms and Conditions

## 1. Registration and Payment

1.1. By registering for the workshop, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

1.2. Workshop registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

1.3. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.

1.4. Registration is non-transferable without prior written consent from the organizer.

## 2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

2.2. Refund Schedule:

- 100% refund if cancelled 14 or more days before the workshop

- 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before the workshop

- No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop

2.3. In the event of workshop cancellation by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund, or option to book a seat at the next available workshop.

## 3. Workshop Conduct and Participation

3.1. Participants agree to:

- Arrive on time and attend the full session

- Respect other participants and the instructor

- Not record or photograph the session without permission

- Not share workshop materials with non-participants

3.2. The organizer reserves the right to remove participants who display disruptive behavior without refund.

## 4. Materials and Intellectual Property

4.1. All workshop materials, including handouts and presentations, are protected by copyright.

4.2. Participants may use materials for personal use only.

4.3. No portion of the materials may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

## 5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. The organizer is not responsible for:

- Personal belongings

- Travel arrangements

- Any injury or loss during the workshop

- Technical issues affecting online components

5.2. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance if necessary.

## 6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. Participant information will be:

- Collected and stored securely

- Used only for workshop-related communications

- Never shared with third parties without consent

- Handled in accordance with privacy laws

## 7. Workshop Content

7.1. The organizer reserves the right to:

- Make minor adjustments to the workshop content

- Replace the instructor if necessary

- Update materials as needed

7.2. Workshop completion does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

## 8. Force Majeure

8.1. The organizer is not liable for workshop cancellation due to:

- Natural disasters

- Health emergencies

- Government restrictions

- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

## 9. Virtual Attendance (If Applicable)

9.1. Participants are responsible for:

- Their internet connection

- Having compatible devices

- Installing required software

- Testing their setup before the workshop

## 10. Changes to Terms

10.1. These terms may be updated at any time.

10.2. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
